Copyright remains with Jim's World of Buses - http://a1busphotos.com Bus photos for sale can be found here: Bus Photos On Disc However, if you wish to use pictures you have bought from us on a website, or in a magazine, then please ask our permission. We don't charge the Earth for a licence, nor is it expensive to obtain permission to copy and sell our pictures but it is necessary to ask us for a price to do so! Note: We don't mind you making ONE copy of our pictures for a friend. But please remember this is our living and we work hard to earn it. If you have more than one friend! Please ask them to purchase their own copies. Thank you. You may from time to time find pictures that are marked 'free to take'. Again these pictures although free to you remain our copyright. Should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged pictures from us, then please return them and they will be replaced with good ones plus a couple extra for your trouble. (One chap returned his pictures asking for a refund as he didn't like them! We almost paid his refund except one of our robots found the same pictures on his website! Needless to say he didn't get a refund and it nearly cost him a lot of money) These terms and Conditions will be updated as and when necessary.
